Personal Training Fees

1-4 sessions per month:
$125 per session

5-12 sessions per month:
$100 per session with Jennifer
$75 per session with Training Team

Pilate Reformer Sessions
$90 per session

Mat Work Private
$75 per 40-minute session

Outcalls (In your home or studio)
$125 per session
(Addition charge for drive time also applied)

Semi Private Partner sessions:
2-4 people per session:
$60 per client per session

30-minute session if available
$55 per session

Training sessions are 55 minutes in length.
½ sessions are 30 minutes total time.

Please wear proper workout shoes. You will need to bring a towel, heart rate monitor and water to your sessions.
All partner sessions are paid in advance with the sessions booked by both partners.
