Interesting observation - the scale is down another 2 pounds for 3 days in a row since my measure on Thursday. Hmmmm. I don't count a loss until it's stable for 7 - 10 days. Then I consider it real! Will keep you posted. This would be a total of 15 pounds since March when I started to eat better, 10 of those since working with Jennifer. Exciting stuff! I'm looking forward to being in the 270s for the first time in over 2 years, and then only briefly. 5/13- Sherri W.

Well its 7:49 am on Wed. and what a happy happy day it is. I bet your
asking why is this a happy day,I did something this morning I weight
myself.The last time I weight myself was probably in the middle of May and
the scale said 155 well of course that didn't make me happy but then I
don't put alot into scales.BUT here on this happy happy day I LOVE my
scale,at 6:15am I weight 151.5,so I figure since my clothes fit different
and the scale said what it did I guess I 'am losing weight.So I want to
thank my trainer and my treadmill for this lost.

I was just thinking about this one while in the car today. My greatest accomplishment from the 6 weeks of training is having the strength and endurance to run more and longer since losing some weight and gaining some muscle. And best of all I've learned to eat properly all through the day with mini meals every few hours which really has helped curb my cravings for sweets and junk food. I still can't believe that one!!
